U.S. Orders

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within 4–5 business days.

USPS Delays

Please note that occasional delivery delays may occur with USPS. Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, Kawaiibae is not responsible for carrier delays.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting your local USPS office directly. They are usually very helpful in locating packages.

International Shipping

We are happy to offer worldwide shipping!

International orders may take approximately 1–3 weeks to arrive, depending on destination and customs processing.

Please be aware that some countries may charge customs duties or taxes upon delivery. These fees are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

All shipping fees are non-refundable, and all sales are final once an order has shipped.
